Read a variety of books, and note down the words that are new. Put them in a separate sentence. Make sense of the new word, then keep reading. Reading broadens our knowledge, increases our vocabulary, and gives us the ability to converse with many people.
Vocabulary – take every opportunity to extend it. Complete crosswords, play Scrabble, write down every new word you hear in your own vocabulary dictionary, and learn to use them in everyday language.
Perseverance – never give up! While things some days might seem extremely difficult, it is perseverance that wins out in the end. Learn something new each day, and soon they will all come together to create a wonderful picture.
